  • Detailed Vacation Consultation and Quote with Recommendations and Pricing for accommodations and tickets
  • Booking of Your Requested Disney / Universal Theme Park Package
  • ​Instructions for how to link reservations to Disney accounts and make Park Passes (if applicable)
  • Regular "check ins" and reminders throughout the planning process detailing next steps
  • "Price Watch" Service to Monitor Promotions and Discounts ​
  • Support Liaison with Travel Supplier in modifying existing package elements
    • Does not include communication with Tech Support regarding issues with online accounts​
  • Suggestions provided for transportation, restaurants and activities
  • Tips and Tricks for navigating the Lightning Lane process
  • Assistance with Booking Select Separate Ticketed Events
    • Includes: Disney After Hours, Holiday Parties, Universal Halloween Horror Nights and private VIP Tours
  • Travel Insurance Quotes and Comparisons​
  • Online Itinerary with General Tips and Tricks provided before travel​
Silver Package ($175.00 per travel household)
  • All the services offered in the Bronze Package… in addition to:  ​
  • Linking your Disney resort reservation to your My Disney Experience account
  • Booking and Modifications of Park Passes (if applicable)​​
  • Support Liaison with Tech Support regarding issues with Disney's online accounts
  • Booking Table Service Dining reservations and continue to check on availability if initially not available
    • ​​​Includes inside Walt Disney World / Universal theme parks, Disney Springs, Downtown Disney, Universal's City Walk​
  • Booking and coordination of Transfers to / from the theme parks and airport​​
  • Booking of Vacation Extras 
    • Including, but not limited to: Stroller /Crib /Scooter /Cabana Rentals, alternatives for Make over appointments
  • Booking Offsite Attractions/Experiences
    • Including, but not limited to: SeaWorld, Discovery Cove, Kennedy Space Center, Cirque du Soleil
  • Coordination of Celebration Additions
    • Including but not limited to:  Celebration Cakes, In -Room Celebrations,  Capture Your Moment, non private tours​​
  • Personalized Online Itinerary with Park Specific Tips and Tricks and additional tips to help navigate the parks provided before you travel
  • Assistance with booking Lightning Lanes
    • ​​ Pre Selection of Lightning Lanes on your behalf could be included with this package.  This feature would require a scheduled call to review Disney's Lightning Lane policies, potential issues with third party booking and separate waiver would need to be signed  
​Gold Annual Plan ($250.00* per travel household)
  • Silver Package assistance for unlimited Disney / Universal reservations booked within a 12 month period​
  • Can be combined with Curated Vacations 
    • *$325.00 when combining with a Curated International Land Vacation
Theme Park Concierge Package: If you have already booked your Disney / Universal accommodations, you are still able to take advantage of our planning expertise!  With accommodations in place, you might find yourself in need of additional planning help; my Concierge Package would be perfect for you!
