Planning Packages
INDEPENDENT TRAVELER PACKAGE ($75.00 per traveling household)
- Discovery Consultation: a personal, detailed vacation consultation with destination, cruise & / or, accommodation recommendations
- Book your requested land &/or sea package
- Provide travel insurance comparisons
- Provide hotel /cruise confirmations
- Coordinate hotel amenity requests (when applicable)
- Handle cancellation requests with travel suppliers
- Reservation modifications during emergency situations
EXCLUSIVE EXPERIENCE PACKAGE ($250.00 per traveling household)
- All the services offered in the Independent Traveler Package… in addition to:
- Transportation coordination for land / sea packages: Transfers, rail, private cars, flights
- Support Liason between you and all travel suppliers
- Travel Insurance Claims Assistance
- Access to Travel 42 Destination Guides (overview of your location – where applicable)
